The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake, as well as the lively Opera house and the exciting Water Puppet theater. We found ourselves easily exploring these attractions and immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of Hanoi. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy retreat after exploring the city. it was a memorable experience for our family.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area or kids' club for children.

Bed was big, staff was GREAT. Location next to 1 bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away. It was within a walking distance of hoan kiem lake. Taste the food in Durty Bird, you only need to walk 100 feet to reach it.

This hotel is located in a quiet leafy street, just moments away from Hoàn Kiếm lake. The central location is very convenient, as it is near tourist attractions and in the French quarter. The rooms are comfortable with fully-functional AC and some even have a balcony overlooking the road, providing a cute view. The breakfast, served on the top floor, offers a good view and includes local delicacies and eggs made to order.
All was ok.

The central location in the "Old Quarter". . The friendliness of the staff at the reception, at the Bell Boys. And the possibility to book trips to Sapa or the Halong Bay directly at the hotel.
That the breakfast schedule ended at 9:30.

This cozy boutique hotel is perfectly located near the city center, with great views of the lake and easy walking distance to all the sights. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms and excellent service. Breakfast is included and served in a beautiful colonial-style house, close to a variety of restaurants.
The prices for additional services, such as airport transfers and tours, are a bit overpriced compared to other options in the area.

We loved the hotel’s great location, being very close to everything and just a few steps away from the stunning Hoàn Kiem lake in old town. The facilities were impeccably clean, with a delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and highly accommodating, providing helpful suggestions on transportation and parking options. Additionally, being away from the noisy streets of this city made our stay peaceful and relaxing.
Nothing for us.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Artisan Boutique! Its about a minutes walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake and about a 3 minute walk from the shops and market stalls. It is situated on a quiet street just off the main road, so noise is not a problem. It has all the amenities you will need, including a laptop, which is a nice touch and handy when planning what to do in the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The Hotel has its own cafe/restaraunt, and the food was excellent at a very reasonable price! Breakfast was included in our stay and there is an extensive selection to choose from. The staff at the hotel were excellent, Out of all the hotels we have stayed in throughout the world we have never come across such friendly and attentive staff. They helped us plan our trip and booked all the bus tickets we required. We were even invited on their staff night out to a Karaoke bar which was a good laugh! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi, whether its business or pleasure. Linh and the rest of the staff made it a memorable stay and we will definetly return when we are next in Hanoi!

The employees were really very nice and helpful! Hard to improve! . To the location: a single word -perfect-. The room: Except for the carpet, the room was good. On the 6th floor with balcony and view down into the quiet side street. I really liked breakfast. On request, the super nice employees offered soups and egg dishes in addition to the buffet. Great! . In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is good to very good. I'd book it over and over again.

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. The staff were always very helpful. The room was modern, clean and tidy. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Although I found Hanoi a little overwhelming the hotel more than compensated.
